for a bright future
When you join the SOCO team, you’ll work with incredible people, helping our clients make their big ideas real.

SOCO was founded in 2013, is Australian owned and operated and has an outstanding employee and client Net Promoter Score. We’re way above the industry benchmark.

Although SOCO already has a great workplace culture, we don’t want to stop there. Our goal is become a global top 100 great place to work. It’s a big, audacious goal, and it won’t happen overnight, but we think that all good things are worth striving for.

  • our values

We have a strong values driven culture that is the key to our shared success.

Our work initiatives focus on

people first

and technology second

Flexible work arrangements

We strive to provide a work environment that enables team members to optimise their contribution to SOCO, whilst supporting their own personal choices about working arrangements.

We have offices throughout Australia and have a “work from anywhere” mindset.

Professional development

Critical to ‘knowing our stuff’ (one of SOCO’s core values) is a commitment to learning and professional development.

At SOCO every team member works with their manager to co-create an individualised professional development plan. SOCO supports them in achieving their goals by providing access to formal training courses, mentoring and on-the-job training.

In addition, we foster peer-to-peer knowledge sharing through our Wonderful Wednesdays series, interest-based groups and other initiatives.

Additional Leave

At SOCO we believe it is important to recognise and reward people for a job well done.

We work hard to delight our clients, and, at the end of the year we take a break with a two-week shut down, gifting everyone extra time off to enjoy the holiday period without having to dip into their annual leave.

Each team member is unique and important to us. To show our appreciation, every team member gets a paid day off for their birthday.
