We have offices throughout Australia and have a “work from anywhere” mindset.
Critical to ‘knowing our stuff’ (one of SOCO’s core values) is a commitment to learning and professional development.
At SOCO every team member works with their manager to co-create an individualised professional development plan. SOCO supports them in achieving their goals by providing access to formal training courses, mentoring and on-the-job training.
