Khatiza has over 20 years’ experience working as a corporate governance, corporate services and finance executive in Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. She has significant company secretarial, financial management, HR and IT experience gained within public and private manufacturing, mining and service sectors.

Khatiza’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Accounting & Finance from John Moores University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics and Computing from Bangor University. Khatiza also holds a Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Key experience includes management of company compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in multiple international jurisdictions and the management of board and shareholder administration, communications and relationships.

Tom has over 15 years’ experience working in the IT industry. Tom has been the driving force behind SOCO’s branding, market offering and methodology, people, culture, and values.

He holds a Master of Engineering specialising in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from University of Sheffield and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Queensland.

Tom controls a Founding Shareholder, and currently works in the business as the Executive Director for strategy, collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team to shape SOCO’s long term vision.

Carlo is a highly experienced management consultant, with more than 20 years in the corporate sector. His engagements span across sectors including education, government, resources, banking, and professional services. Carlo has successfully delivered solutions for some leading Australian companies including BHP, Rio Tinto, CBA, and Westpac.

Carlo controls a Founding Shareholder and is the former chief operating officer of SOCO and he established SOCO’s delivery processes and was instrumental in SOCO’s growth and development.

Sebastian is an IT industry veteran with over 16 years’ technical experience, and 5 years as the former chief executive officer of SOCO.

Sebastian holds a Master of Business Administration (Technology) from the University of New South Wales, and under his leadership SOCO achieved five years of sustained growth and development.

Sebastian controls a Founding Shareholder, and currently works in the business as an Executive Director with a focus on developing SOCO’s growing portfolio of Australian federal government clients.

Tom Stianos is a Non-Executive Director with over 30 years’ experience in the IT and consulting industry. He has extensive experience in the governance of ASX listed company boards. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He is currently: Non-executive chair of Xref Limited (ASX:XF1); Nonexecutive director of Gale Pacific Ltd (ASX:GAP); Non-executive chair of Escient Pty Ltd.

Until November 2021 Tom was Non-executive chair of Empired Limited (ASX:EPD), a Microsoft systems integrator and managed service provider with over 1,100 staff across Australia and New Zealand. He was previously CEO and managing director of SMS Management & Technology Ltd (ASX:SMX) an IT consulting and systems integration company employing 1,682 staff and with revenue of $335.8 million.
