- Complex Data Structure: Over 7 million records in CM9, each with associated metadata and audit logs, required careful analysis to inform the new Information Architecture (IA) in SharePoint Online.
- Scalability of Data Mapping: Manual mapping of extracted data was impractical due to the volume, necessitating automated and repeatable processes.
- Data Transformation and Migration: Ensuring that data extracted from CM9 could be accurately transformed and imported into SharePoint Online, maintaining integrity and accessibility.
