Securities Trading Policy
SOCO values its reputation for excellence in corporate governance, compliance and fair dealing in its securities. This Policy applies to all Directors, Senior Executives, employees, contractors and consultants of SOCO, and provides guidelines designed to prevent SOCO and its personnel from breaching these provisions. Continuous Disclosure Policy
SOCO is required to comply with the disclosure requirements of the listing rules of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). This framework enables SOCO to keep the market fully informed of information which may have a material effect on the price or value of SOCO’s securities and promote investor confidence in the integrity of SOCO and its securities through the application of disclosure procedures by its directors and employees.
