Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) is a health service provider which delivers an extensive range of accessible health services and health promotion activities to the people of East Gippsland. Over 500 staff access their intranet regularly. However, GLCH’s existing intranet was unwieldy and costly which hindered the fluidity of collaboration and communication.
