Microsoft 365 support when you need it. SOCO’s Service Level Agreement offers a dedicated, experienced managed IT support team to handle your systems at a predictable monthly rate. Our services include proactive monitoring, patching, upgrades, enhancements, and resolution of level 2 and 3 issues, ensuring quality interaction with Australian-based end-users—from front-end functionality support to resolving complex issues.

Ad-hoc support

No fixed monthly contract. Prepaid support hours are available for use as needed. This option does not include the Service Level Agreements.
