In October 2022, Microsoft launched the new Microsoft Cloud Partner program. The solutions partner level is a designation that is based on meeting specific requirements for solution areas including:
- Modern Work
- Data & AI (Azure)
- Infrastructure (Azure)
- Digital & App Innovation (Azure)
- Business Applications
Qualification to the solutions partner title is gained via a partner capability score, this is a holistic framework for measuring performance, skilling and customer success. SOCO is proud to have earned this distinction by achieving high scores in both the Modern Work and Business Applications categories.
SOCO CEO, Simon Forth said: “Previously, SOCO was recognised as a Microsoft Gold Partner with 12 core competencies. We have a positive track record of servicing over 100 clients each year across various Microsoft products, we are thrilled to have been one of the first in Australia to receive this recognition.”
To attain a solutions partner designation, partners of Microsoft need to earn a partner capability score of at least 70 points (out of an available 100 points) across the four measurement areas.
In the Modern Work category, SOCO achieved 90 points and over for helping both enterprise and small to medium businesses boost productivity and transition to hybrid working. This recognition emphasises SOCO’s expertise in providing solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration while ensuring secure remote work environments.
Furthermore, SOCO’s recent recognition as a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications category highlights its proficiency in delivering successful solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. By leveraging the power of these technologies, SOCO helps businesses to streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and make data-driven decisions, in addition to rapidly creating and deploying custom solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
These accolades serve as a testament to SOCO’s unwavering dedication to providing end-to-end solutions that cater to the specific requirements of their clients, empowering them to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
“Gaining Solutions Partner status validates our ability to deliver quality outcomes in high demand cloud solutions areas. By partnering with Microsoft, we continuously deepen our technical capabilities, and ensure our consulting and delivery teams provide expert advice to our customers.”
